Returns and exchanges

We think that you're going to love our products but in case you don't, we’re here to make returns simple. Review the policy below and start your request in minutes.

Eligibility & window
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, with the exception of some countries. Check below what the rules are for your country and the return requirements:
  • European Union / UK / EEA: 14 calendar days after delivery (Consumer Rights Directive).

  • South Korea: 7 days after delivery.

  • Other countries: ITBE standard 30 days after delivery..

All items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With original tags/packaging intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items
For hygiene or regulatory reasons, we can’t accept returns of:
  • Intimates/underwear, swimwear, earrings
  • Opened cosmetics, skincare, or supplements
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, final-sale items
  • Customized or personalized products
How to start a return or exchange
  1. Prepare your Order # and photos (if there’s a defect/damage).
  2. Submit your request via our portal: Start request  
  3. Wait for approval and instructions by email (labels, next steps, etc.).
  4. Ship the item back within 7 days after approval.
Exchanges
We offer size/color exchanges when stock is available. Once the return scan is active with the carrier, we’ll process the exchange order. Prefer a faster solution? Choose a refund and place a new order immediately.
Refund method & timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection. Typical timelines:

Transit back to us 3–10 business days (carrier dependent)
Inspection & refund initiation 1–3 business days after delivery
Bank processing time 3–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item arrived defective.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your item arrived damaged/defective or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos. We’ll prioritize a replacement or a full refund (including shipping where applicable).
Return shipping costs
  • Our fault (defect/wrong item): we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
  • Change of mind/size issues: customer covers return shipping.
Address corrections & order cancellations
Need to edit your address or cancel? Reach out within 12 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, we can’t guarantee changes.
Exceptions & notes
  • Bundles/kits must be returned in full for a refund.
  • Final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Multiple returns from the same order may incur a restocking fee.
  • International returns: duties/taxes paid are handled by local authorities and aren’t refundable by us.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
