Eligibility & window

European Union / UK / EEA: 14 calendar days after delivery (Consumer Rights Directive).

South Korea: 7 days after delivery.

Other countries: ITBE standard 30 days after delivery..
All items must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

With original tags/packaging intact

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-returnable items
- Intimates/underwear, swimwear, earrings
- Opened cosmetics, skincare, or supplements
- Gift cards, downloadable software, final-sale items
- Customized or personalized products
How to start a return or exchange
- Prepare your Order # and photos (if there’s a defect/damage).
- Submit your request via our portal: Start request
- Wait for approval and instructions by email (labels, next steps, etc.).
- Ship the item back within 7 days after approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item arrived defective.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Return shipping costs
- Our fault (defect/wrong item): we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
- Change of mind/size issues: customer covers return shipping.
Address corrections & order cancellations
Exceptions & notes
- Bundles/kits must be returned in full for a refund.
- Final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Multiple returns from the same order may incur a restocking fee.
- International returns: duties/taxes paid are handled by local authorities and aren’t refundable by us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
