This Privacy Policy applies to the ITBE website, online store, mobile experiences, and official marketplace listings (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

- Device and usage data (IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps).
- Approximate geolocation based on IP.

Information from third parties
- E-commerce and payment platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shop Pay, Stripe, PayPal) provide order/payment status. We do not store full payment card numbers.

- Logistics partners (carriers, fulfillment centers) provide delivery status.
Sensitive data
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data unless you choose to provide it (e.g., skincare concerns in a support request). Please avoid sharing medical history or other sensitive data you do not want processed.

Marketing choices
- Email: unsubscribe via the link in each message.
- SMS: reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Message/data rates may apply.
- Interest-based ads: use your browser/device settings and industry opt-outs
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): where required, we treat GPC signals as a request to opt-out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising for that browser.
11) Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or older age as required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to request deletion.
12) Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No system is 100% secure.
13) Automated Decision-Making
We may use limited automated processing (e.g., fraud screening). You may request information about such processing and, where required by law, human review.
14) “Notice at Collection”
We collect the categories of personal information listed in Sections 3–4 for the purposes described in Sections 4–6. We retain data as described in Section 8. We do not sell personal information for money; some data sharing for ads may be considered a “sale/share.”

15) Financial Incentives (if offered)
If we offer discounts or loyalty programs in exchange for personal information (e.g., email sign-up), we will describe the program terms and how to opt in/out on the sign-up page. We value personal information based on the expenses related to the incentive.

We may update this Policy. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” and, if changes are material, provide additional notice.
